This program will explore areas of significant opportunity using charitable
gift annuities including the use of the CGA as a simple solution for
disgruntled rental property owners as well as the deferred charitable gift
annuity as a retirement solution for your high net worth philanthropist.
This program will also equip all non-profit organizations to immediately
implement a successful charitable gift annuity program. Particular attention
will be paid toward exploring practical solutions to the common problems
non-profit organizations face. If your organization is not offering
charitable gift annuities and/or is not marketing toward these areas of
